Rates

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully with your insurance company by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
      Reduced fee services and a sliding fee scale are available on a limited basis.

Payment

      Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Special Rates

     Additionally, we offer package rates for some services when paid in advance:

1.    Stop Smoking Package: $400.00 for several sessions

       (as many as needed up to 7 sessions-most people use 4 or fewer sessions)

2.    Weight Loss: $400.00 for each 5 sessions

        (most people use 5-15 sessions)

3.    Sports Performance and Academic Performance: $400 for each 5 sessions 

4.    Groups and Classes are usually time limited

        (ie-5 sesssions or 8 sessions).

        Pre-paying entire group leads to 15% discount

5.     Pre-payment discount for any service:

         Purchasing sessions in bundles leads to a lower cost per session.

         2 sessions = 10% discount per session;

         5 sessions is 15% discount per session

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the 1/2 session rate.
